Farooq Siddiqui has over 23 years of experience in all fields of business accounting practices and HR management. Including financial analysis and in initial accounting setup design structures for new companies, that meet GAAP requirements set forth by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Along with the full implementation of those newly designed customer specific business accounting and HR systems.
Before joining BaySand, Inc. as a Financial Controller & Financial Analyst and HR, he served for over 12 years at Fastrack Design Systems as their Controller and HR Department Manager.
Mr. Siddiqui has own and operated his own independent business accounting services company for many years. Some of the myriad of services offered by the company included creating cost analysis for startups, generating financial reports to assist in securing investment funding, and providing audit consulting and guidance for both startups and established businesses.
Mr. Siddiqui holds multiple degrees and certifications in commerce and business accounting practices and principles. And in the use of the most current accounting tools available, to guarantee he always remains up to date with today’s dynamic business accounting and financial analysis fields.

Previously, Asher developed innovative DSP solutions to be embedded in FPGA, ASIC, DSP Processors, and SoC devices. He served as DSP solutions system architect at Lattice Semiconductor, where he received the 2011 Innovator of the Year Award and managed the DSP IP cores group at Altera. He served in various management positions at Synopsys, Zilog, DSP Group Inc., and DSP Communications.
Asher has developed more than 15 patents. He received his BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and MSc degrees in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

Miwa-san moved his career to chip design and test, when he joined the Japanese subsidiary of Teradyne as a Vice President. Miwa-san held several management positions at Topre Corp, including Board Member, Executive VP of R&D, and General Manager of New Business Units, including Automotive.
Miwa-san received a degree in Economic and Business Management from the University of Kyushu and his Business Consulting certificate from the Industrial Productivity Institute.

Mr. Zakai supported eASIC as VP of Sales at pre product stage, IP Licensing negotiations, redefined marketing & sales strategy and opened active dialogs and evaluation processes with most of the top 15 tier one potential customers, and many others. Helped bring eASIC to successful investment.
At BaySand Mr. Zakai helps Identify and develop Partnerships, Markets, Customers, and Sales Channels for BaySand’s new technologies, generating new business and sales.
In 2002 he founded a consulting firm, providing support in marketing, business development, company and product positioning for start-ups. Active member of Silicom Ventures Investment Group (2001-2006), involved in evaluating new technologies, new companies, due diligence, and investments.
Mr. Zakai received a BSc EE from San Jose State, and completed successfully numerous professional classes in Sales and Business.

Starting his semiconductor career in Intel’s microprocessor division, he attained the position of Product Marketing Manager of Intel’s Microprocessor Division responsible for strategic planning, product definition and marketing of all microprocessor products including Intel’s 286, pivotal 386, 486 microprocessors and associated coprocessors.
He later joined Cirrus Logic as VP of Marketing and key member of the management team that took the company public in 1989. During his tenure at Cirrus, he served in positions ranging from Corporate-wide VP of Marketing, VP/GM of various Product Divisions and Office of the President.
He is a graduate of Drexel and Stanford Universities with studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
